Kailey Holmes has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Senior Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Christmas Tree, where they supervised and organized activities for children. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Big Hill Farm as a Co-President, Intern, and Research Assistant. In 2016, they became the Director of Environmental Education at YMCA Day Camp Christmas Tree, where they created lesson plans for children and focused on STEM-based outdoor education.
In 2017, Kailey worked at Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa as a Summer Youth Corps Leader, and later that year, they joined Georgia 4-H at Camp Jekyll as an Environmental Educator, teaching and leading classes centered on marine biology and island ecosystems.
From 2018 to 2019, Kailey was an Extension Educator at UGA College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, where they organized educational programming for students in 4th-12th grade, with a focus on STEM.
Starting in 2019, Kailey worked at St. Luke's Cataract & Laser Institute as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, responsible for patient care and conducting preliminary eye examinations. Kailey also served as an Ophthalmic Assistant during this time, managing medical records, documenting doctors' notes, and aiding in diagnoses.
In 2015, Kailey joined Pad&Quill as an Executive Assistant, contributing to content writing and SEO management for an e-commerce business. Kailey also managed social media platforms and utilized various tools such as SemRush, Google Analytics, and MailChimp.
Their most recent position is as a Customer Success Operations Coordinator at Gather Voices (Video Software Solutions) from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Talon.One as of September 2022, showcasing their expertise in customer success and support.
Kailey Holmes attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. Before that, they completed their high school education at Minnetonka High School, graduating in 2012 with a High School Diploma.
