Oric S. is an experienced engineering and QA professional with a robust background in team management and quality assurance process development. At Talon.One since February 2019, Oric serves as an Engineering Manager, overseeing a team of 10 engineers and handling the full employee lifecycle, mentoring, and process improvements within the RnD Department. Previously, Oric managed a QA Department, supporting a team of 8 QA engineers and establishing career progression structures. With earlier roles as a QA Automation Engineer at Talon.One and as a QA Engineer at YAGER, Oric demonstrated expertise in testing frameworks, manual testing, and bug tracking, contributing to notable projects such as Dreadnought and The Cycle.
