Sam Panzer has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Sam started their career at UroToday, Inc. as a Marketing Manager, where they focused on social media strategy, email marketing, and content management. Sam then moved on to Kipsu, where they worked as a Customer Success representative and later as the Retail Industry Lead. At Kipsu, Sam helped retailers enhance guest experiences through digital messaging and improve online reputation.
In 2019, Sam joined Talon.One as a Customer Success Manager, where they onboarded new accounts and implemented effective coupon, referral, and loyalty tactics. Sam then advanced to the role of Lead in Customer Success Management, where they hired and managed a global team of seven Customer Success Managers. Sam focused on analyzing industry trends, macroeconomic forces, and investment infrastructure, with a specific emphasis on grocery innovation, supply chains, restaurant tech, and climate-impact SaaS.
