Sofiane Gharrad has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 2009, they began their professional journey as a Finance and Accounting Intern at CEDEGEC. Sofiane then moved on to work at Lenovo as a Global Sales Representative from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, Sofiane joined Larsen & Toubro as a Business Development Consultant, focusing on international B2B prospecting and customer requirements analysis. Sofiane later joined Salesforce in 2014 as a Sales Representative for the French market, where they also took on the role of Business Development Representative in the Media and High Tech sectors. Sofiane worked at Salesforce until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, Sofiane served in different roles at Applause, including Strategic Accounts, Enterprise Account Executive & Sales Manager for France, and Account Executive for France. In 2021, Sofiane joined TraceLink as an EMEA Sales Executive, and as of 2022, they hold the position of Account Director South Europe at Talon.One.

Sofiane Gharrad's education history is as follows:

- From 2011 to 2014, they attended KEDGE Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Management.

- In 2013, they briefly studied at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and International Business, specializing in International Business.

- Sofiane pursued their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2010 at Lycée René Cassin, where they earned a BSc Degree in Accounting Sciences with a focus on Finance, Law, and Management.

- In their pre-university education, from 2005 to 2007, Sofiane attended Lycee Marie Curie and completed their French Baccalaureate, specializing in Science with a major focus on mathematics.

- In 2015, they enrolled at HEC Paris for executive education and obtained a certification in "Complex Selling".

Outside of their formal education, Sofiane has also obtained additional certifications. In December 2015, they completed the "HEC Paris Executive Education "Complex Selling"" program at HEC Paris. In August 2022, they obtained the "MEDDPICC Masterclass" certification from MEDDICC.
