Francesca Sheeka is the EU Tech Policy Lead at Talos Network, where they focus on shaping policies related to technology in the European Union. They have previously served as an AI Policy Analyst at the OECD, managing a comprehensive database of national AI policies and contributing to pivotal reports on AI governance. Their experience also includes internships at UNESCO and the European Commission, where they engaged in research and policy analysis. Francesca holds a Master's degree in Political Economy of Europe from the London School of Economics and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in French Studies from the University of London Institute in Paris.
