Prior to Paxos, Stephen was a Business Lead at KKcoin, focusing on market research and product development for a cryptocurrency exchange startup. Stephen began a career at Deutsche Bank, specializing in structured payments, FX, and liquidity solutions for clients across Asia. Education credentials include a degree in Business and Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
