Luc Hédou

Luc Hédou is the Chief Executive Officer of WorkAxle, where they focus on innovating workforce management solutions for large enterprises. They have served as an Advisory Board Member at TALSOM since 2016 and played a key role as the CEO of Rizing HCM from 2018 to 2020, leading a practice with over 500 employees across 14 countries. Luc founded /N SPRO, which earned recognition as a Top 100 SME Employer in Canada for several consecutive years. They also held various positions at CIBC, SAP Canada Inc., and served as a Board Member at Beyond Technologies until its acquisition in 2023. Luc holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from York University, an MBA in MIS from Concordia University, and a certificate in Blockchain Technologies from MIT Sloan School of Management.
