Most engineering talent networks are just spreadsheets with a logo.

Talspace is different.

We built a curated network of South Asia's most exceptional engineers — hackathon champions, competitive programming finalists, olympiad medalists, and ex-founders who happen to write production-grade code. Engineers whose output isn't threatened by AI, because they're the ones wielding it.

We embed them directly into fast-moving startups worldwide.

━━━

Who gets in:

→ Competitive programming finalists (ICPC, IOI, Codeforces)
→ Hackathon and olympiad winners
→ Engineers with open source impact or a shipped product
→ Founders who returned to engineering
→ Anyone with a demonstrable AI productivity edge

Acceptance rate: under 3%.

━━━

What startups get:

A senior-caliber engineer embedded in your team — shipping real code, in your stack, from day one. Not a vendor. Not a contractor. A builder who treats your product like their own.

Matched in 48 hours. Full-time or part-time. Direct Slack access. No account managers in the middle.

Priced at a fraction of a US hire. Not because the talent is cheaper — because geography shouldn't determine compensation ceilings.

━━━

For engineers:

We pay 2–4× local market rate, place you with globally backed startups, and give you a community of the most ambitious builders in South Asia. If you get in, you'll know it means something.

━━━

Talspace is not a staffing agency.
It's what happens when you stop settling for average.
