Michael Grall

Michael Grall has a diverse background in various industries, primarily in healthcare and technology. Starting in 1992, they served as the Director of Marketing & Operations at Teamcare Pharmacy. Michael managed a team of developers and successfully sold and deployed an application for long-term care facilities.

In 1995, Grall joined PDS and held several roles throughout their tenure. Michael began as a Healthcare Sales Director, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue. Michael then became the Sales and eCommerce Management leader, implementing automation and developing the company's first industry-specific sales team. Grall later became the Vice President, managing multiple business functions such as sales operations, business systems, and geographic expansion.

In 2000, Grall was promoted to the Director of eDevelopment at PDS, where they led the development of custom applications. This included an Asset Management application, inventory application, risk management application, and various custom integrations.

From 2002 to 2011, Grall served as the Vice President at PDS, overseeing sales operations, business systems, GPO contracting, and geographic expansion. During this time, they secured significant contracts and led the company's efforts in opening a successful Eagan office.

In 2011, Grall was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PDS. In this role, they had overall responsibilities for sales and operations.

Grall joined Lohman Technologies in 2014 as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a digital health and remote patient monitoring solutions company specializing in cardiac health. Michael led the organization, including the development and market launch of patented solutions. Grall's role at Lohman Technologies ended in 2019.

In 2018, Grall became the President and CEO of Talus Solutions, where they currently serve. Additionally, in 2020, they joined the Advisory Board of the Hyper Innovation Digital Health Lab, a center focused on incubating healthcare innovation and technology.
