Ercan Ulusoy

Ercan Ulusoy is currently the Production and Plant Manager at TAMEK, where they oversee production operations. They previously held various roles at Tat Gıda, including Quality Assurance Manager and Production Team Leader, and worked as a Total Quality Specialist at Tukas Food Industry. Ercan began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Galetas Gida. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Ege University and are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with expertise in quality and production across several food sectors.
