Tamkeen is a women’s youth initiative that supports and empowers Palestinian women in all the scientific, social, legal and practical fields by providing support and development to enhance their   professional and social lives through the social network developed by the Initiative to connect different women's competencies and opportunities.

The Initiative services to the women's audience:
- Advertising of conferences and scholarships and specialized courses.
- Providing logistical support to attend annual events that promote young Palestinian women from international conferences, courses and festivals.
- Linking ideas and proposals of 6 projects for young Palestinian women with businessmen and companies. 
- Providing research scholarships annually to support researchers in various fields.	
- Providing scholarships and fellowships annually and linking young women with distinguished universities.
- Printing and publishing scientific and creative works of Palestinian young women

الخدمات التي تقدمها تمكين لجمهور النساء الفلسطينيات:

-توفير الدعم اللوجستي لحضور فعاليات ترتقي بالشابات الفلسطينيات من مؤتمرات ودورات ومهرجانات دولية.
-إقامة دورات تخصصية وورشات عمل  حول أبرز القضايا النسائية في فلسطين والعالم.
-دعم وتقدير النساء المتميزات في مختلف المجالات من خلال جائزة المرأة الذهبية التي تنمح ل3 من أبرز المرشحات سنويا.
-تطوير قيادات نسائية شابة من خلال ربطهن بمؤسسات دولية.
-مساعدة الشابات في إيجاد وظائف عن بعد (free lancer).
-توفيرمنح دراسية ومنح زمالة سنويا وربط الشابات بجامعات مميزة
-توفير منح بحثية سنويا لدعم الباحثات في مختلف المجالات.
-طباعة ونشر الأعمال العلمية والإبداعية للشابات الفلسطينيات سنويا.
-ربط أفكار ومقترحات مشاريع لشابات فلسطينيات برؤوس الأموال ورجال الأعمال والشركات المعنية سنويا.
-الإعلان عن مؤتمرات ومنح دراسية ودورات تخصصية .
