Jay D. has worked in the IT field since 2013, starting as an Advanced Resolution Expert at Dell Technologies. In 2017, they moved to ARMSTRONG TECHNOLOGIES, LLC as an IT Analyst. In 2018, they accepted a role as a Mac endpoint engineer at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Currently, they are a Sr. Macintosh Solutions Engineer at Tamman, Inc.

Jay D. obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University between 2015 and 2017.
