Tamrose Ventures Limited (TVL) was incorporated in 2003 (incidentally, the same year the Nigerian Cabotage Act was enacted) initially as a procurement and engineering services provider to the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. Persuaded by prevalent factors, TVL’s foray into the Nigerian maritime sector began in 2010 with our pioneer vessel – TMC PRIMUS.

However, Since our entrance five (5) years ago, the industry dynamics and indigenous players’ profile have changed significantly in terms of vessel suitability and age, organizational structures and cargo/business volume.
To retain our competitive advantage, TVL embarked on a fleet streamlining process, which cummulated in the sale of TMC Primus and the addition of two brand new Damen FCS 3307 series – TMC ANGEL and TMC HAWK delivered in May and June 2015 respectively.

With an improved standardized fleet of five (5) Damen FCS 3307, TVL initiated and recently concluded (in September 2015) a strategic planing and organizational alignment project aimed at producing a company with singular laser-like focus on it’s customer.

Drawing from our newly defined core competence of customer-centricity, strategic organizational structure, rapid expanding fleet, niche expertise, indigenous advantage, and well articulated vision and mission among others, TVL is marching resolutely towards becoming dominant indigenous player in the Nigeria oil and gas industry.
