TamRx Systems builds a therapy-aware, clinical-trial simulation layer for medical AI.

Today’s medical AI systems largely stop at pattern detection in clinical data. They rarely model how interventions behave under real therapeutic conditions or how drug mechanisms translate into observable outputs across clinical monitoring systems.

TamRx Systems addresses this gap by simulating drug–system interactions in a clinical-trial-like framework, mapping pharmacological actions to their effects on physiological signals and medical device readouts.

This enables a structured view of how treatments propagate through biological systems and how those effects are captured in real-world diagnostics and monitoring technologies.

Founded by Mounsif Tamani, PharmD, with training in biomedical data science and pharmacology, TamRx Systems operates at the intersection of computational pharmacology, clinical reasoning, and AI system design.

Our goal is to move medical AI from passive prediction toward therapeutically grounded, trial-like reasoning of interventions and outcomes.
