David Fleming has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, business advising, and managing talent. David began their career in 1998 as the General Manager of International Quarterback Pty Ltd, where they managed the day-to-day activities of the company's talent, negotiated playing contracts, secured sponsorship sales, and oversaw the company's implementation of its 2003 Rugby World Cup Hospitality program. In 2006, they became the Managing Director of Performance Australasia at Mindshare, where they grew the Performance business to be one of the most profitable businesses in Asia Pacific, and provided strategic sponsorship and content advise to brands and rights holders. From 2011 to 2013, they held positions at Gresham Pty Ltd as Head of R&D and Business Advisor, at Brisbane Angels Group Limited as a Member, and at ZipID as Head of Marketing & Sales and Co-Founder. In 2013, they were also the Head of Activate, Asia Pacific at Populous, where they were responsible for developing Populous' innovation program. In 2012, they became a Mentor at River City Labs, and in 2019 they became the Head of Sales & Marketing at Tanda: #1 Workforce Success Platform.

David Fleming has an extensive educational background. In 1984-1989, they attended Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie). David then went on to study B.Laws at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1990-1993. After that, they attended Griffith University in 1999, where they earned a degree in Marketing with a focus on Internet Marketing. In 2000, they earned a Marketing degree from the Australian Institute of Management. Finally, in 2012, they attended AdSchool Australia, where they earned a Digital Strategy degree in Marketing. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Hubspot Inbound Sales Certified and Hubspot Sales Enablement Certified from HubSpot Academy in June 2019, Negotiating with Backbone from Holden Advisors in February 2019, and Strategic Selling from Miller Heiman Group in March 2016.
