Our first product, Elevate, is an observation platform designed by educators, for educators. It handles the time-consuming parts of teacher evaluation (capturing classroom evidence, aligning observations to your district's rubric, and drafting reports) so administrators can stay present during observations and deliver feedback that moves teaching practice forward.

We built Elevate because we've lived the problem. Our founding team includes a principal with over a decade of evaluation experience, an instructional coach who understands what teachers need to grow, and a technologist with 20+ years building tools for education organizations.

Teacher evaluations should be a growth opportunity, not a compliance exercise. But when a single observation cycle takes 2-4 hours of administrative work, evaluations become a box to check rather than a conversation worth having. Elevate changes that by cutting evaluation time to under 30 minutes while improving the quality and consistency of feedback.
