Sharon Egan

Sharon Egan, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sharon started their career at AnchorBank, fsb in 1988 as a VP Regional Manager, where they oversaw sales, service, growth, and profitability for the Bank's Western Region. Sharon then joined Old National Bank/AnchorBank in 1998 as 1st VP Employee Relations/Training. In this role, they focused on building relationships and cross-functional teams, identifying organizational development opportunities, and creating an employer of choice culture through employee engagement and talent management. In 2017, Sharon joined The QTI Group as an HR Business Partner and later became the Director of HR Client Relations. Currently, they are working at Tandem HR as the Director of HR Client Relations.
