Tandem is a strategy-led marketing and creative communications partner based in Kenya. We’re not a “digital marketing agency.” We work with organisations that need marketing to do what it’s supposed to do: solve business and public impact problems.

We start with the business task (or program goal) — not just communication objectives — and build marketing plans and campaigns grounded in marketplace realities: customer needs, category dynamics, culture, channels, and behaviour.

What we do best

Marketing strategy & advisory: positioning, segmentation, messaging architecture, channel strategy, go-to-market planning

Integrated campaigns: creative platforms and through-the-line execution that builds relationships (not just pushes a sale)

Behaviour change communication (SBCC): insights-led creative that shifts attitudes, norms, and decisions

Content & community: conversation-first engagement — we don’t broadcast, we connect

Partnerships & ecosystem leverage: we activate networks to unlock credibility, reach, and effectiveness

Learning & capability building: we enrich your team’s marketing knowledge and strengthen internal muscle

Fast, agile execution: versatile teams, high standards, and accountability you can rely on

How we work

We are impact and results driven — and intentionally selective. We take on work where we align on values, mission, and ambition, and where we can commit to measurable outcomes.

If you’re a brave, passionate, dynamic organisation ready for real change — commercial growth, stronger customer trust, or meaningful public impact — let’s talk.
