Jay Llorde is a seasoned professional in management consulting and executive search, currently serving as the Practice Leader for the Middle East at Tandem Search since July 2018. This role follows the merger of NSI Talent and Bluefin Talent, where Jay Llorde has helped establish a global search firm focused on key sectors. Prior experience includes a progression from Junior Recruiter to Senior Recruiter at Nezda Technologies Inc., specializing in technology and executive search from May 2016 to June 2018. Jay Llorde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Lyceum Northwestern University, earned in 2016.
