Our associates have over 40 years combined experience in the provision of Talent Partnerships and working with CEO's and C level HR/Operations individuals to provide strategic talent led projects.

Our inspiration to start Tandem Talent has come from our experience of working in the agency and consultancy led areas of the recruitment sector. While both still have their place we believe the market has evolved to a point where organisations need a partnership that identifies problems, offers a solution and then executes that solution. Recruitment Consultancies and Agencies work at opposite ends of this spectrum which sees them actively seeking to undo any progress each side is making.

Tandem Talent will act like a consultancy, providing that embedded "deep dive" analysis, providing the detail that outline areas for improvement then we actually do something about it with energy, consistency and embedded as a partner.
