With over a decade of experience at MotoNovo Finance, Philip has held various managerial positions. More recently, Philip transitioned to Tandem Bank as the Head of Servicing & Collections, where Philip is currently overseeing collections strategy. Prior to this, Philip was the Head of Recoveries & Disposals at Oodle Car Finance.
