Rick Keeble holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University. With extensive experience in quality control and assurance, Rick has held various leadership positions at major financial institutions such as Tandem Bank, Oplo, and RBS. Rick has overseen multiple teams and projects related to Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and Packaged Bank Accounts (PBA) operations. Rick's career highlights include managing QC teams, developing QA functionality, and leading QC teams based on their exceptional performance. Prior to their financial industry roles, Rick served as an Area Manager at Welcome Financial Services Ltd.
