Windy Elder

Windy Elder, MBA, currently serves as the Contracts Manager at Tandym Group since March 2025. With extensive experience in contract management, Windy has held various significant positions including Procurement Contract Manager at Globe Life, where implementation of business practices resulted in cost reductions, and Contract Manager at Vizient, Inc., overseeing Orthopedics category contracts. Windy has also worked as Contracts Manager at Radisys Corporation, negotiating diverse agreements, and as Corporate Supply Chain Contract Manager at CBRE, managing complex contracts, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Contract Negotiator at Verizon, Contracts Associate Manager at Accenture, and Senior Contracts Administrator at Philips, where Windy successfully exceeded sales performance goals. Windy holds an MBA and completed studies at the University of Phoenix.
