Tangenziale Esterna is the ASTM Group company that manages the A58 - Tangenziale Est Esterna di Milano (TEEM) motorway section.  The route runs for about 32 km, east of the city of Milan, from the interconnection with the A4 at Agrate Brianza to the junction with the A1 at Melegnano. The company is part of ASTM, international industrial group active in the sectors of freeway network management under concession, design and construction of major infrastructure works and technology applied to infrastructure. In concessions, the Group is the second largest motorway operator in the world. In Italy, ASTM's motorway network connects the main cities of the north-west, stretching across Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Liguria, and Tuscany.
