Doug Taylor

Doug Taylor currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Property Management and Operations at Tanger Outlets since December 2020. Previously, Doug held various leadership roles at The Children's Place from July 2011 to 2019, including North America Vice President of Retail & Outlet Stores, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight for numerous retail locations, direct supervision of regional directors and district managers, and driving retail sales through inventory management and customer service focus. Doug also has extensive experience with Ralph Lauren from February 1992 to July 2011, culminating as East Zone Vice President with full P&L responsibility for Polo Factory Outlet Stores, overseeing multiple store concepts and significant sales targets. Doug is an alumnus of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
