Jonathan Lim, AIA, is a seasoned professional in design and construction, currently serving as Vice President at Tanger since April 2021 after holding the role of Assistant Vice President in Tenant Coordination. Prior to Tanger, Jonathan was with Brookfield Properties from August 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing the Kiosk Tenant Coordination team and overseeing CAD operations. Jonathan's extensive experience also spans over a decade at GGP in various leadership roles related to tenant coordination and design management for large shopping center developments. Additional positions include Project Designer at DESMAN Associates and Construction Contractor, alongside an international internship with Cru Global. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
