Karen Knaack has accumulated extensive experience in lease administration and accounting within the retail property sector. Current position as Lease Accountant at Tanger Outlets commenced in October 2021, following roles as Lease Administrator at Retail Properties of America, Inc. from July 2015 to October 2021, and Lease Accountant at Starwood Retail Partners from November 2013 to July 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Lease Management at General Growth Properties from November 2010 to November 2013, Property Accountant at Westfield Chicago Ridge Mall from January 2008 to November 2010, and Sr Records Management Specialist at Equity Office from September 2003 to December 2007. Earlier in career, Knaack held the position of Supervisor of Lease Administration at Equity Office Properties from April 2000 to September 2003.
