Peter Lorish

Peter Lorish, CPA has over 28 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Peter currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President, FP&A at Tanger Outlets. Prior to this, Peter served as Director - Financial Analysis & Reporting at Columbia Property Trust from 2014. Before joining Columbia Property Trust, they worked as a Senior Finance Manager FP&A at Schottenstein Property Group from 2012 to 2014. Peter also worked as a Financial Analyst FP&A at Cousins Properties for over 12 years, from 2000 to 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Portfolio Analyst / Senior Accountant at Equitable Real Estate / Lend Lease Real Estate Investments from 1996 to 2000. Peter began their career at Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Associate, later transitioning to the role of Associate, from 1994 to 1996.

Peter Lorish, CPA pursued their education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. From 1985 to 1989, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at the institution. Following this, they attended the same institution once again, this time from 1992 to 1994, to obtain a Master of Science in Management (MBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
