Roque Arias

Roque Arias has work experience in PC technical support and IT technician roles. They started working at Tanger Outlets in 2020, first as a PC Technical Support and then as a PC Technical Support Tier 2. At Tanger Outlets, their role involves providing technical support for computer systems.

Prior to their position at Tanger Outlets, Roque worked at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2017 to 2019. There, they held the role of BraveTech Tier 2/IT Technician, where their responsibilities included diagnosing and repairing computer systems, installing and troubleshooting software, and imaging desktop and laptop machines. They also provided help desk support, handling inbound calls and making outbound service calls to resolve customer issues. Additionally, they offered after-hours support and created and escalated tickets to the appropriate departments.

Roque Arias earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, completing their studies from 2015 to 2019.
