Ted Newkirk is currently the RVP of Property Management at Tanger, having begun this role in 2024. Previously, Ted held the position of Vice President of Property Management at Brookfield Properties from 2018 to 2024 and served as a Senior General Manager at both GGP and General Growth Properties between 2002 and 2018. Ted also gained experience as a General Manager at Urban Shopping Centers and Urban Retail Properties from 1994 to 2002. Ted earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.
