TangGene was co-founded by world-renowned immunologists Dr. Harvey Cantor (Harvard Medical School) and Dr. Xiaolei Tang, together with accomplished business executive and investor Jinfeng Tang.  We are pioneering the first-in-class precision in vivo CD8+ Treg cell therapy, enabled by a proprietary nanoparticle platform designed to reset immune tolerance and cure autoimmune diseases.  Our lead program in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) has demonstrated preclinical data suggesting the potential for full recovery and prevention of disease reinduction.
