Alisa Pleška

Alisa Pleška has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Pipedrive as a Customer Success Manager, where they maintained client relationships, identified sales opportunities, and provided training to customers. Alisa also worked as a Project Manager at NinjaPromo and as an Account Manager at Tangiblee, both in 2023. In 2020 and 2021, they worked as a Content Writer at Excelerate and as a Copywriter/Content Writer at Coastgrass ApS, respectively. Before that, they held positions such as Office Management Team Member, Front Desk Receptionist, Quality Control Intern, and Sales and Marketing Intern at different companies.

Alisa Pleška has pursued a considerable amount of higher education, starting with an Academy Profession degree in Service Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University College of Northern Denmark, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Alisa then obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from the same institution between 2014 and 2016. In between, they undertook a Master's degree in Credit Transfer Programmes at Copenhagen Business School, which ran from 2018 to 2019. Furthermore, they obtained their Master's degree in Tourism at Aalborg University, which they completed between 2017 and 2020. Apart from their formal education, Alisa Pleška has also added to their skill set by obtaining certifications such as The Blogging & Content Writing Guide to More Website Traffic and How to Write Great Web Content - Better Search Rankings! from Udemy in May and March of 2021, respectively. Additionally, they obtained certification in Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Theory and Marketing in a Digital World at Coursera in April and March of 2019 correspondingly.
