Lydia Mitchell

Lydia Mitchell is currently serving as a People & Talent Assistant at Tangle Teezer Ltd since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lydia held various positions at L’OCCITANE Group from August 2021 to October 2023, including Human Resources Assistant, Head Office Talent Recruiter (Paternity Cover), and Recruitment Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment processes for corporate roles and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. Lydia also volunteered at Club Soda Croydon from June 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a Creative Assistant at THE CRAFT POTTERY LTD in late 2020, in addition to a placement at the Faculty of Advocates in July 2019. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Linguistics and Philosophy from the University of Glasgow, completed in 2021.
