Jacky Lam

Jacky Lam has over nine years of experience in the technology and education sectors. Since June 2014, Jacky has been with Tango Analytics, holding various roles including Manager, Senior Consultant, and Technical Consultant, contributing to the FedEx TRIRIGA break fix team by researching and resolving issues while developing reports and queries tailored to client needs. Prior to this role, Jacky served as the Student Organization Forum Coordinator at the University of Texas at Dallas from May 2012 to April 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating over 200 student organizations, managing funding allocations, and facilitating large-scale campus events. Jacky holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and an Associate's degree in Pre-Engineering from Carl Albert State College.
