Jim Short

Jim Short has extensive work experience in various roles related to solution engineering, client services, and training management. Jim started their career at Miglin-Beitler Inc. as a Property Accountant in 1987, followed by a role as MIS Coordinator at Walsh Higgins from 1989 to 1991. Jim then worked as a Manager of Development at The SOFTA Group/Melson Technologies from 1991 to 1994, and as a Senior Consultant at Tenman Systems from 1994 to 1995. Jim joined National Facilities Group as a Senior Consultant/Product Manager in 1995 until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, Jim worked at Accruent as a Senior Consultant and later became a Senior Training Consultant until 2010. Jim then joined Lucernex as the Director of Client Services from 2010 to 2012, followed by roles as a Solution Engineer from 2012 to 2015 and as a Senior Solution Engineer from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Jim is working at Tango as the Director and Team Leader of Solution Engineering since 2022. Prior to their current role, they held positions as the Director of Solution Engineering from 2020 to 2022 and as the Solution Architect - Corporate Real Estate & Facilities from 2018 to 2020.

Jim Short attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 1982 to 1987, majoring in Accounting.
