Layne Cairo

Layne Cairo is a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager at Tango, where they contribute to the development of real estate and facilities management software solutions. Previously, Layne held various roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bluebeam, where they managed recruiting processes across multiple regions. Layne's earlier experience includes working as a Practicum Teaching Intern at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Outside of work, Layne enjoys spending time in nature, often found at the dog park or biking.
