Eric Hansen

Eric Hansen is a Senior Business Technology Architect at Tango, responsible for designing and implementing integrations across multiple platforms, including Snowflake, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Slack, while focusing on Workato implementation and reducing technical debt. Previously, at Workday, Eric held roles including Business System Manager and Principal Business System Analyst, where significant achievements included establishing Centers of Excellence for Process Mining and iPaaS, optimizing integration processes, and enhancing automation solutions that dramatically reduced processing times. Eric's career also includes consulting roles at DayNine and Redwood Credit Union, and teaching positions at both the University of Illinois and Syracuse University, where innovative curricula on new media and social technologies were developed. Eric holds a B.A./B.S. in Public Relations and Information Technology from Syracuse University.
