Director Of Billing Operations at Tango Networks

Jack Rynes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Jack began their career as the General Manager at Echo Tap from 1983 to 1992. Jack then worked at Sprint, first as a Tier 2 Technical Support member from 1994 to 1996, and later as a Switch Translations Manager from 1996 to 1997. Following this, they joined GTE Internetworking as a Business Analyst Manager from 1997 to 2000, where they played a pivotal role in the creation of GTE's first Long Distance switching network.

Moving forward, Rynes worked at NetworkIP as the VP of Business Development from 2000 to 2010. During their tenure, they oversaw cost models for distribution partners and led strategic planning and product analysis for new product expansion. Jack then joined Jaduka in 2007 as a Senior Executive Manager, where they successfully led the development and implementation of new high-margin services and products while managing key accounts.

In 2010, Rynes joined Sipera Systems as the Director of Product Line Management, responsible for product marketing, launches, and driving demand generation initiatives. After that, they worked at Avaya as a Manager of Product Line Management for SBC and UC Security from 2011 to 2015. In this role, they managed the product lifecycle and plan of record, developed business cases, and maintained product roadmaps.

Currently, Rynes is with Tango Networks, where they initially served as the Director of Business Development and Product Management from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for global business development and focused on areas such as mobile call recording, mobile unified communications, and session border controllers. Jack then transitioned to become the Director of Billing Operations in January 2019, where they currently serve.

Jack Rynes attended Madison Area Technical College from 1983 to 1986, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Programming.
