MacKenzie Scheer

Mackenzie Scheer has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of Human Resources. Mackenzie recently joined Tango Therapeutics in 2023 as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to this, they worked at Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc., where they held various roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner from 2020 to 2023. Before that, Mackenzie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at New England College of Optometry from 2018 to 2020. Mackenzie also gained experience at Steward Health Care as a Human Resources professional from 2017 to 2018. Mackenzie began their career in 2016 as a Human Resources Coordinator at Walker and as a Human Resources Intern at eClinicalWorks in 2015

Mackenzie Scheer holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Business Communications with a focus on Human Resource Management/Business Communications from Nichols College. They have completed certifications in "Leading in a Matrix Team" from The Leadership Edge and "Strategic HR Business Partner" from the Human Capital Institute. They also have a certification in "Executive 360 Feedback" from LVI.
