Benoît Servoin

Benoît Servoin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecom and service delivery management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Tangoe since March 2017, Benoît focuses on identifying billing errors, creating summary reports, interfacing with technical teams, and managing SLAs. Prior to Tangoe, Benoît held various roles at Anatole from April 2012 to March 2017, including Expert Telecom Data Analyst and Service Manager, where responsibilities included telecom billing audits, dispute management with carriers, and fleet optimization. Benoît began the career as a Telecom Data Analyst and gained initial experience as an ICT Economist intern at the International Telecommunication Union. Benoît holds multiple degrees, including a Master 2 in Economie des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication from the University of Montpellier, and a Bachelor in European Economy and Management from Abertay University.
