Carpenter

Jennifer Carpenter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product learning and management, currently serving as Director of Product Learning and Director of Product Management at Tangoe since September 2017. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Asentinel (now Tangoe) from March 2008 to September 2017 in various management positions, including Manager of Training and Development and Manager of Outsourced Telecom Solutions. Jennifer's earlier career includes roles as Telecom Specialist at St Jude Children's Research Hospital and ServiceMaster, as well as Telecom Billing Analyst at Union Planters Bank. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Memphis, obtained in 1998, and previously attended Lambuth University while working toward a bachelor's degree in the same field.
