James Jones

Director Of Customer Success at Tangoe

James Jones has a longstanding career in various roles within the client services and telecom expense management field. James started at Teldata Control as an Analyst in 2000 and then moved on to Information Strategies Group as a Program Lead in 2003. In 2007, they joined Realogy as a Senior Analyst in Telecom Expense Management before transitioning to Tangoe in 2011. At Tangoe, they worked their way up from Client Services Manager to Senior Manager of Client Services and eventually became the Director of Customer Success in June 2015.

James Jones attended Rutgers University - Newark from 1995 to 1999.
