Mark Troller

CIO at Tangoe

Mark Troller is the current Chief Information Officer at Tangoe. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Information Technology at iN DEMAND from June 2012 to February 2018. There, they were responsible for managing the deployment of the Content Management System to automated IN DEMAND’S digital media supply chain. In 2014, they were promoted to manage Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, and Security functions. Mark was also responsible for iN Demand's Cloud Strategy at AWS.

Before their time at iN DEMAND, Mark Troller was with Time Warner Cable from August 2001 to May 2012. Mark started as their Vice President of Information Technology. During their time there, they successfully migrated on-premises systems to the cloud and achieved a 60% reduction in datacenter footprint. Mark also revised the company's cybersecurity strategy to include updated tools to prevent day zero and DDOS attacks in accordance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

At Tangoe, Mark is responsible for driving new product launches and implementing IT best practices in the organization. Mark is also responsible for IT audit compliance and successfully passed the MPAA audits.

Mark Troller graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a BE in Engineering Management and an MS in Technology Management. Mark then went on to earn their Executive MBA from Rutgers Business School.

Mark Troller reports to James Parker, CEO. Mark Troller works with Joel Jeselsohn - CFO, Mark Denney - Chief Revenue Officer, and Becky Carr - Chief Marketing Officer.
