Michael Dougherty

Michael Dougherty has more than 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the telecommunications and network management field. Michael served as the Vice President of Audit Compliance at Tangoe starting in 2014, and prior to that, they worked at Comcast as the Executive Director of Telecommunications, where they played a key role in enhancing customer experience and improving communications within the company. Michael also served as the Director of Data and Telecom Networks at Barclaycard US, where they led the design, implementation, and operations management of data and telecom network services. Before Barclaycard, they worked at GMAC as the Director of Telecommunications, where they rearchitected contact centers and integrated company acquisitions. Additionally, they worked at First Consulting Group as the Director of Network/Back Office Consulting, and at Digital Equipment Corporation as the Global Transport and Voice/Video Manager, where they managed worldwide backbone network infrastructure and enterprise voice and video networks.

Michael Dougherty attended Albright College in 1971, but did not complete a degree or field of study at that time. Later, from 1980 to 1983, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from La Salle University.
