Michelle Walker

Michelle Walker currently serves as a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region at Tangoe, starting in October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager at ON24 and Head of Customer Success at Redback Connect, where Michelle played a key role in enhancing customer relations and support within the conferencing services sector. Previous experience also includes positions as Group Operations Manager at Arrow Cafes, Account Manager and Online Event Manager at Redback Connect, Conference Administrator at InterCall Asia Pacific, and Customer Service Specialist at AMF Bowling Centres Australia & NZ. Michelle is actively pursuing a degree in Auslan from the Deaf Society of NSW, which began in 2016.
