Suzanne Baker is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in systems configuration, deployment, and administration. Currently, as the Manager of Systems Configuration at Tangoe since January 2009, Suzanne oversees the management and maintenance of system configurations, ensuring their reliability, stability, and security. Previously, as a Deployment Engineer, responsibilities included driving the deployment of device management software for Fortune 2000 customers and collaborating with technical teams to meet product requirements. Suzanne also contributed as a Systems Engineer on Tangoe’s Managed Services team, supporting messaging and EMM/MDM infrastructures. Prior to Tangoe, Suzanne served as a Senior System Administrator at InterNoded, managing technology infrastructure for high-volume e-commerce environments. Educational qualifications were obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
