Leo Tanis is an Executive Chairman of the board at Tanis, having previously served as CEO-President of Tanis Confectionery until 2023. With a strong background in process engineering from their time as Manager at Hosokawa Ter Braak b.v. (1976 - 1985), Leo has later established several ventures, including Tanis USA, Tanis Confectionery Australia, and OTC-Candy Equipment, where they are currently a founding partner. Leo has also been the owner of Van Ommeren Metaaltechniek bv since 2021.
