Alex Cool is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and technical account management, currently serving as Director of Customer Success Management for SLED at Tanium since July 2021. Prior roles at Tanium include Technical Account Manager and Enterprise Services Engineer. Prior to Tanium, Alex held positions at Northrop Grumman as a Computer Systems Architect and Cyber Security Engineer from August 2019 to July 2021, and served in the United States Air Force from January 2014 to August 2019, focusing on mission defense and network infrastructure. Alex holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security from the same institution. Additional educational backgrounds include studies at SANS Technology Institute, Colorado State University, and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
