Chris Blue is an experienced executive specializing in customer support and success across various technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Support at Tanium since December 2020, Chris is responsible for building the Global Support Center, enhancing the organization's culture, and improving customer feedback processes. Prior to Tanium, Chris held leadership roles at ECI Software Solutions as Global Head of Customer Success and at McAfee, where responsibilities included managing Premium Support and Customer Success for the Americas. Chris’s earlier experience includes significant positions at Siemens Enterprise Communications and Avaya, focusing on service delivery and team management. Chris holds a BS in History from the United States Air Force Academy, an MBA in Business Management from The University of Dallas, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
