Daniel Weeks

Daniel Weeks has extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and workforce planning, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards and Workforce Planning at Tanium since April 2019. Prior roles include Head of Rewards and Director of Compensation at Tanium, and Manager of Executive Compensation at Dropbox from July 2014 to April 2019. Earlier in Daniel Weeks's career, positions included Associate Consultant in Executive Compensation at Hay Group, Manager of North American Proxy Research at Glass Lewis & Co., and a Business Analyst at Patpatia & Associates. Daniel Weeks also worked as a Grant Writer Intern at One Million Lights and completed a Legal Research Internship at Consumers International. Daniel Weeks holds a B.A. in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, and attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2008.
